About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in IT and Cloud Solutions. You will design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud and IT infrastructures while collaborating with diverse technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy robust IT & cloud solutions for enterprise clients
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver optimized solutions
  • Develop detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams & SOPs
  • Provide end-user and stakeholder training and support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and cloud issues
  • Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Cloud architectures, infrastructure design, security
    • IT networking & systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
  • Ability to design secure and scalable solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of:
    • Unix/Linux environments
    • Embedded systems (RTOS, VxWorks, Firmware, Device Drivers) — if applicable for specific projects
    • Networking fundamentals and security practices
    • Data structures and Linux internals

Education

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Any Postgraduate
