Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration leader tojoin our team. You will be responsible for leading the integration team anddriving the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of integrationsolutions between our SaaS products and various third-party applications,platforms, and services. This is a senior level role that requires technicalexpertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and scale integrationoperations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall integration strategy for the companySaaS products.
- Lead the development of integration roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success) to identify integration opportunities that enhance customer experience and business value.
Team Management Development:
- Lead, and mentor a high-performing integration team that supports technical integration, API management, and related activities.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring the teamsuccess in achieving both technical and business objectives. =
Integration Design Execution:
- Ensure integrations meet customer needs, adhere to best practices, and comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Customer Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with customers, customer success teams, and sales teams to understand customer integration needs and ensure successful deployments.
- Manage complex customer integration projects and deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance for customersintegration challenges.
Continuous Improvement Innovation:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in integration technologies, SaaS architectures, and industry best practices.
- Champion innovation in integration technologies and propose new solutions to improve integration performance and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure integration requirements are considered in product development.
- Drive the communication and coordination across teams to ensure smooth integration releases and customer implementations.
Requirements:
– Proven experienceworking in SaaS environments with a deep understanding of integrationtechnologies and best practices.
– Experience fromSupply Chain or Logistics domain.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail, quality, and compliance.
Succeed in a dynamic, changing environment, rapidly assimilating and applying new information.
– Ability to drive technical decisions andprovide strategic guidance.
– Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, andanalytical skills.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
