Job Description

To design exceptional integration architectures, provide strategic technical leadership, and support delivery teams to ensure world-class client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Integration Architecture & Solution Design

  • Develop enterprise-wide integration architecture ensuring scalability, reliability & manageability.
  • Lead solution design for new deals and major change requests.
  • Analyze applications, data formats, connectivity, and technology landscape to define robust integration frameworks.
  • Provide digital integration solutioning for client RFPs and architecture assurance.
  • Evaluate integration products, technologies, and best practices.
  • Define current vs. target state architecture, identifying improvements and trade-offs.
  • Prepare comprehensive architecture documents including logical, data & deployment views.
  • Validate prototypes from technology, cost, and competitive advantage perspectives.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term fixes.
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, program, and delivery teams for architecture alignment.
  • Track industry trends and apply insights to future planning.

2️⃣ Delivery Enablement & Governance

  • Act as trusted advisor to product owners, technical leads & stakeholders.
  • Establish integration KPIs/SLAs and ensure adherence.
  • Identify delivery risks and create mitigation strategies.
  • Provide timely architectural guidance and quality assurance oversight.
  • Ensure integration principles, standards & patterns are followed consistently.
  • Support pre-sales and client interactions to build confidence and ensure requirement fulfillment.
  • Demonstrate technical thought leadership during client presentations.

3️⃣ Competency Building & Thought Leadership

  • Drive capability enhancement through training, certifications & mentoring.
  • Develop POCs, case studies, demos for new business opportunities.
  • Publish whitepapers, blogs & represent Wipro in internal/external forums.
  • Support analyst engagements and customer success initiatives.
  • Lead integration practice activities such as hiring and knowledge sharing.

4️⃣ Team Management

  • Identify talent needs based on future project demands.
  • Support recruitment and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Guide performance management and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Technologies

  • Groovy Scripting (Mandatory)
  • Integration Architecture & Enterprise Architecture
  • Microservices, Middleware, SOA, Web Services
  • Technologies: Mule ESB, Java, Spring
  • Platforms/Tools: T24 (Temenos), JBASE, AWS
  • Strong root cause analysis, solution design, and technical leadership

Education

  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
  • PG: Any Postgraduate (Preferred)
