Role & responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with assigned accounts and customers from other Softcell BUs, helping them unlock the full potential of Mobility BU solutions.
- Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities in the Apple ecosystem and Jamf solutions.
- Engage with IT decision makers, procurement teams, and business stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to educate and guide customers on Softcells offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations and solution consultations.
- Work with marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay updated on Apple product releases, Jamf solutions, and market trends to better serve customers.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluent in both). Communication is critical for building rapport and driving closures-no compromise here.
- Experienced candidates only, 2years or more in sales is ideal. Experience can be from any sector or industry, it need not be Mobility specific.
- Extrovert, outspoken, and confident in engaging with customers.
- Self-motivated, target oriented, and comfortable working independently.
