Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of next-generation Software Testing & Quality Assurance services in the India market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT services sales, especially in Software Testing, QA, Automation Testing, or Performance Testing.

This role focuses on lead generation, consultative selling, pipeline management, and revenue growth, working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate and qualify leads within target segments (enterprises, mid-market, startups)
  • Curate prospect lists and identify decision-makers
  • Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns

Consultative Selling

  • Understand client requirements and pain points
  • Propose tailored Testing & QA solutions, including:
    • AI-QE
    • Automation Testing
    • DevOps QA
    • Performance Testing

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline hygiene

Client Engagement

  • Conduct client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and demos
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Support proposal development and deal closures

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging QA technologies
  • Provide market feedback to improve offerings and messaging

Revenue & Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
  • Contribute directly to business growth and market expansion

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, preferably in Testing / QA services
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Software Testing
    • Automation Testing
    • Performance Testing
    • DevOps QA / AI-QE
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools

Good-to-Have

  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in Software Testing
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, JIRA
  • Existing network within the India IT / QA ecosystem
