Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have experience in BPO hiring and recruitment processes, with strong communication and candidate management skills. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure the organization attracts the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, headhunting, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews to evaluate suitability.
- Schedule and conduct telephonic interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience for candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in BPO hiring or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate screening.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring targets.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
