Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.)
- Maintain and reconcile payroll records, employee master data, and attendance
- Generate HR reports and dashboards covering:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Hiring metrics
- Performance indicators
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for:
- Payroll audits
- Reimbursements
- Compliance documentation
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for people strategy
- Support automation and process improvements in HR and payroll systems
Required Skills & Expertise
Payroll & HR Operations
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of HR tools such as Zoho People, greytHR, or similar platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets
- Pivot tables
- Advanced formulas
- Dashboards
- Experience in HR analytics and reporting
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
Tools & Technologies
- Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced)
- Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- SQL / Python (nice to have)
- HR reporting and dashboarding tools
Education
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: MBA / PGDM in HR, Finance, or Industrial Relations
