Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Maintain and reconcile payroll records, employee master data, and attendance
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards covering:
    • Headcount
    • Attrition
    • Hiring metrics
    • Performance indicators
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for:
    • Payroll audits
    • Reimbursements
    • Compliance documentation
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for people strategy
  • Support automation and process improvements in HR and payroll systems

Required Skills & Expertise

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Knowledge of HR tools such as Zoho People, greytHR, or similar platforms

Analytics & Reporting

  • Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets
    • Pivot tables
    • Advanced formulas
    • Dashboards
  • Experience in HR analytics and reporting
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly

Tools & Technologies

  • Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced)
  • Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
  • SQL / Python (nice to have)
  • HR reporting and dashboarding tools

Education

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: MBA / PGDM in HR, Finance, or Industrial Relations
