About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to transform complex technical information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires both creative thinking and technical understanding to support engineering-driven products and customer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Collaboration & Conceptualization

• Partner with engineering teams to understand project requirements, technical details, and expected outcomes
• Translate complex engineering data and concepts into clear visuals such as diagrams, illustrations, workflows, and infographics
• Ensure that technical content is accurately represented while remaining accessible to non-technical users

Visual Design & Production

• Design and develop a wide range of visual assets including:
  • Presentations and pitch decks
  • Technical documentation and user manuals
  • Marketing and branding materials
  • Instructional and explainer videos
• Maintain consistency with company branding, visual standards, and communication guidelines
• Create high-quality visuals using industry-standard design tools
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with business goals

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Manage design projects end-to-end, from initial concept through production and delivery
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, product, and customers to ensure unified messaging and visual consistency
• Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
• Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently

Feedback Integration & Revisions

• Present design concepts and drafts to stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback constructively and refine designs as needed
• Remain flexible and responsive to changing requirements and project priorities

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and visual communication techniques
• Continuously enhance skills in illustration, visual storytelling, and technical design
• Explore innovative approaches to improve clarity, engagement, and user understanding

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and graphic design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Basic understanding of video editing tools and techniques
• Excellent sketching and conceptualization abilities
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Non-negotiable)
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Good to Have

• Experience in 3D illustration or 3D modeling
• Exposure to technical documentation or engineering-related design
• Prior experience working in logistics, technology, or engineering domains

Education

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Any Postgraduate
