Fullstack Technical Lead
Job Description
– Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
– Architect solutions with clean code practices, high availability, and performance at scale.
– Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks, patterns, and tools across the team.
– Mentor and guide a team of engineers while also contributing directly to code and architecture.
– Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery and deployment.
– Define and maintain API structures, data models, and service integration strategies.
– Handle backend performance tuning, cloud deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
– Champion best practices in backend development, code reviews, and team processes.
Required Skills:
– 8-15 years of total experience in backend development.
– Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
– Proven experience with at least one cloud platform preferably AWS or Azure.
– Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
– Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for scalable, high-quality backend architecture.
– Experience working both as an individual contributor and as a team lead.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Profile:
– Candidates with experience close to an Architect-level profile.
– Backend-focused professionals frontend-heavy experience is not preferred.
– Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
