Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Improve application performance and handle debugging & troubleshooting
  • Stay updated with latest web technologies, tools, and trends
  • Work in an Agile development environment

✅ Required Skills

Frontend

  • Strong experience with modern frontend technologies:
    • React / Angular / Vue.js
    • JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Backend

  • Hands-on experience with at least one backend technology:
    • Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, C#, Ruby, or PHP

Databases

  • Experience with Relational & NoSQL databases:
    • MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Other Technical Skills

  • Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
  • API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (plus)
  • Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks & methodologies
  • DevOps Exposure: CI/CD pipelines, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering
  • Experience from IIT / NIT / Tier-1 institutions (preferred)
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure & services
  • Exposure to mobile app development:
    • React Native, Flutter
  • Passion for learning new technologies and improving coding skills

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Any Postgraduate
