✨ Who We Are Looking For

A hands-on Full Stack Technologist who can lead development while contributing strongly on the coding front.

You must be someone who:

  • Has strong programming fundamentals (CS background or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Has end-to-end development experience in complex product environments
  • Loves building products, solving real problems, and guiding teams

🔑 Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Web Technologies using PHP
  • Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, MySQL
  • Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks (Yii / Laravel etc.)
  • Solid coding skills with demonstrable successful projects
  • Experience writing unit & functional tests
  • Good understanding of SDLC / Agile workflows
  • Familiarity with Git / GitFlow for version control
  • Exposure to Android or iOS development
  • Excellent problem-solving & analytical thinking

🌟 Good to Have

  • Client handling & requirement analysis experience
  • Cloud technologies: AWS (EC2, RDS, Auto Scaling, etc.)
  • DevOps tools & CI/CD knowledge
  • Machine Learning / AI background or interest
  • Educational qualification from Tier-1 Institutions (IITs preferred)
