Role Overview

Be at the forefront of our mission to strengthen digital presence and improve customer engagement. You will work closely with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), providing them with up-to-date scientific information about our products and relevant disease areas, enabling informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote products scientifically to drive prescriptions
  • Deliver accurate and latest product & disease-related information to HCPs
  • Customize sales approaches based on individual HCP needs
  • Analyze territory performance data and plan effective strategies
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely reporting
  • Collaborate with GT teams and regional stakeholders to meet business targets
  • Respond promptly to HCP queries while strictly following compliance protocols

  • Proactive, confident, and engaging sales approach
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong planning and analytical abilities

Education & Experience

  • Education:
    • UG: B.Sc / B.Pharm
    • PG: M.Pharm / M.Sc (Science)
  • Experience:
    • 2–7 years in Pharma or FMCG sales
