Job Opportunities:

We are looking to hire for our Analytics and Data Science team.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Analytics & Data Science team as a PMO. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about project coordination, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support the planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives across the vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and reporting project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across Analytics & DS initiatives.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and trackers using tools like Excel, Jira, and internal project management systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals.
  • Managing change in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholder discussions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts across the PMO function.
  • Assist in organizing team-level events, engagement activities, and training sessions.

  • MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing/Operations/IT.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
  • Maintain and update dashboards, trackers using Excel, JIRA and internal management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Exposure to tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to data analytics or project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Basic understanding of data science workflows and terminology.
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
  • Awareness of model development, training, and deployment processes.
  • A working understanding of BlueOptima and its functionalities is preferred
  • In a nutshell, we are looking for rockstars who can effectively embody Digit and then whip up some magic.
