Job Description

  • Monitor industry trends to plan and execute effective outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Research, analyze, and test strategies to improve website rankings, including:
    • Keyword planning
    • Link building
    • Content strategy
  • Manage and optimize paid search and PPC campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn
  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate and manage lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports covering:
    • Lead generation metrics
    • Website traffic
    • Campaign ROI and conversion performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO / SEM / PPC Specialist in a B2B, SaaS company, or Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Keyword research
    • Search engine algorithms
    • Campaign and bid management
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
    • SEMRush
    • Google Analytics
    • FreshSales
    • HubSpot
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Digital Advertising & E-commerce is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
