Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving product sales, brand awareness, and rapid business growth using digital marketing strategies. This role needs a growth mindset, creativity, and the ability to deliver high impact results with limited resources.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Understand products, customers, competitors, and business goals
  • Define customer personas and marketing opportunities
  • Create a digital marketing strategy & calendar
  • Identify content syndication schedules (blogs, social media, campaigns)

Paid Marketing (SEM & PPC)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC & paid search campaigns
  • Perform keyword research and audience targeting
  • Manage Google Ads & social ad platforms
  • Monitor ad budgets and maximize ROI
  • Detect and eliminate click fraud
  • Run A/B testing and campaign optimizations

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform keyword discovery and optimization
  • Improve website structure, content, and linking
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies
  • Analyze competitor SEO and ad strategies
  • Improve keyword rankings and organic traffic

Social Media Marketing

  • Build and execute a social media strategy
  • Set up, manage, and optimize company pages
  • Increase engagement, traffic, and revenue
  • Interact with customers and manage brand reputation
  • Perform soft-selling through social engagement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and website traffic
  • Use Google Analytics to analyze performance
  • Prepare reports and insights for management
  • Recommend improvements based on data

Collaboration

  • Work with web developers for tool integrations
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in SEM & PPC campaign management
  • Deep knowledge of SEO & performance marketing
  • Keyword research, data analysis, and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics & ad platforms
  • Understanding of customer acquisition & conversion optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiments

Technical Knowledge (Basic)

  • HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript
  • Web development & marketing tools

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Media, Quantitative, or related field
  • Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
  • Google Analytics & SEO certifications (Good to have)
