About the Role

The Digital Content Management Associate plays a critical role in Marketing Operations – Quality Management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellence across digital content published on multiple channels. This role supports scaling marketing operations by balancing increasing complexity with limited resources while maintaining high-quality standards across digital marketing, ecommerce, and content syndication platforms.


What Would You Do?

  • Support marketing performance by ensuring content quality and accuracy across digital channels
  • Enable faster time-to-market through quality planning, assurance, and continuous improvement
  • Perform quality checks for digital marketing ads and promotional content
  • Ensure accurate product representation across retailer and ecommerce platforms
  • Collaborate with global teams to validate content readiness and compliance
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
  • Participate in review meetings, escalations, and quality discussions with clients and delivery leads

What Are We Looking For?

  • Strong understanding of digital content quality management
  • 2+ years of experience in Content QA, Syndication QA, or eCommerce QA
  • Knowledge of PIM/DAM systems and retailer portal validation
  • Experience with eCommerce syndication platforms such as:
    • Salsify
    • Syndigo
    • Alkemics
    • OneTime (or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with major retailer portals:
    • Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Carrefour, etc.
  • Good understanding of HTML, SEO basics, and image specifications
  • Strong Excel skills (data comparison, validation, analysis)
  • High attention to detail with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform quality checks for syndicated content (images, copy, attributes, documents)
  • Validate content against retailer-specific standards, SEO guidelines, and brand compliance
  • Ensure content published via PIM and syndication tools is accurate and complete
  • Conduct pre-publish and post-publish validation for priority SKUs and markets
  • Identify and report issues such as:
    • Missing or incorrect data
    • Broken links
    • Image mismatches
    • Layout inconsistencies
  • Maintain QA trackers, logs, and issue repositories
  • Collaborate with content authors, product managers, and syndication teams
  • Document QA best practices, processes, and learnings for continuous improvement

Education

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Any Postgraduate
