⭐ Role: Tech Lead – AI & Agentic Systems

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of next-gen AI applications and agentic systems. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and architectural ownership, with a focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI, Databricks Lakehouse, LLMOps, and cloud-native solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists to design and deploy advanced AI systems.
• Drive end-to-end development of LLM-powered, multi-agent, and autonomous AI frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct reviews, and implement best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, cloud, and data teams to align delivery with business goals.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Define architecture for RAG pipelines, Model Context Protocol (MCP) systems, and agentic workflows.
• Lead development of Databricks Lakehouse MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Delta Lake, Feature Store).
• Architect enterprise-grade AI workloads across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Innovation & Implementation

• Build agentic systems using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc.
• Develop frameworks for tool invocation, memory, orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Experiment with multi-modal AI, reasoning models, autonomous planning, or symbolic AI.

Governance & Quality

• Implement Responsible AI, observability, and explainability practices.
• Set up evaluation frameworks, quality checks, and safety protocols for LLMs and agents.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, cloud security, and audit requirements.
