Experience Required
- 6+ years overall IT experience
- 6+ years of Mainframe experience
- 2+ years of IMS DBA experience
- 2+ years of IMS DC experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IMS databases
- Work with IMS utilities and HALDB
- Perform database repartitioning
- Handle performance tuning for IMS and DB2
- Debug and troubleshoot IMS and DB2 issues
- Support mainframe environments using COBOL, JCL, and IMS DC
Technical Skills
- Mainframe (IMS, DB2)
- IMS DBA & IMS DC
- Performance tuning
- Database debugging
- COBOL, JCL
- CICS, VSAM
- Unix basics (preferred)
