Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with strong foundations in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The role involves building intelligent, scalable AI systems, including agentic AI and advanced RAG architectures, and contributing across the full AI product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment.

Key Technical Skills

Programming & AI Frameworks

  • Proficient in Python with extensive hands-on experience in:
    • Machine Learning and Deep Learning
    • Generative AI and LLM-based systems
  • Strong experience using:
    • scikit-learn
    • TensorFlow
    • PyTorch
    • Keras
    • NLTK

AI & NLP Expertise

  • Solid grounding in:
    • Statistical modeling
    • Text classification and embeddings
    • Transformers and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Qwen, and Google Gemini.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Hybrid ML + LLM architectures

Agentic AI & Advanced Systems

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing:
    • Agentic AI systems
    • Advanced RAG pipelines
  • Proficient with frameworks such as:
    • LangChain
    • LangGraph
  • Experience with:
    • Multi-step reasoning
    • Tool-using agents
    • Memory management
    • Query planning
    • ReAct-style agents

Cloud & DevOps

  • Familiarity with deploying and managing AI models on:
    • AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Working knowledge of:
    • GitHub for version control, collaboration, and deployment

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain ML, LLM, and agentic AI workflows, including data pipelines and inference systems.
  • Develop scalable AI solutions combining:
    • Classical machine learning
    • Generative AI
    • Retrieval-augmented generation
    • Autonomous reasoning agents
  • Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, supporting:
    • Data ingestion
    • Model training
    • Evaluation
    • Deployment
    • Iterative improvement
  • Debug, optimize, and monitor complex multi-step ML and agent-based AI systems.
  • Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly explaining:
    • AI decisions
    • System behavior
    • Trade-offs and limitations
  • Contribute to continuous innovation by staying updated with advancements in:
    • AI and machine learning
    • Agentic systems
    • Generative AI tools and architectures
