Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Data Scientist to manage and drive advanced AI initiatives, deliver impactful solutions, and guide a high-performing team working across industries such as BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, and Pharma.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of Data Scientists / Analysts delivering ML, NLP, and Gen AI solutions
• Drive AI strategy and innovation aligned with business objectives and client outcomes
• Work directly with senior leadership and client stakeholders to shape solution design
• Architect and review models including:
  • Time Series Forecasting
  • Regression / Classification
  • Clustering & Segmentation
  • Marketing Mix & Pricing Analytics
  • Recommendation Systems
  • GenAI-powered solutions (LLMs, Chatbots, RAG, Agentic AI)
• Oversee production-grade AI deployment on cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Manage project lifecycle end-to-end including discovery, development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
• Present technical insights to business and executive audiences with clarity and confidence
• Support RFPs, IP development, reusable accelerators, and internal initiatives

🎓 Desired Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Data Science / ML / Gen AI, with at least 2+ years leading teams
• Strong expertise in:
  • Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP
  • LLMs, TensorFlow / PyTorch
  • Python and associated data science ecosystem
  • Cloud-native AI systems (Azure / GCP / AWS)
• Experience building business-centric solutions like:
  • Customer Value Management
  • Sales Spend Optimization
  • Demand Forecasting
  • Next-Best Recommendation Engines
• Demonstrated ability to align AI roadmaps with business KPIs and ROI
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
• Proven success in innovation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
