We Are Hiring Associate Customer Experience (Online Services Agent) – (Semi Voice Process)

Location: Chennai
Salary: Industry Standards + Incentives

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls to resolve their issues efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customers’ queries through various communication channels (email, chat).
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process or blended process.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work on multiple shifts including night shifts.
  • Proficiency in handling emails, chats, and phone calls effectively; strong attention to detail is essential.
