We Are Hiring Associate Customer Experience (Online Services Agent) – (Semi Voice Process)
Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls to resolve their issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers’ queries through various communication channels (email, chat).
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process or blended process.
- Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work on multiple shifts including night shifts.
- Proficiency in handling emails, chats, and phone calls effectively; strong attention to detail is essential.
