Job Profile –

– Addressing customer queries at the correct authorization level.

– Replying back to the queries of the customer through email or on social media channels.

– Making sure that the guidelines on customer follow ups across social media platforms/ emails and ensure customer queries are resolved within defined turn around time.

– Making sure to meet and exceed escalation committed service levels. Role & responsibilities
