Scanova (by Trycon Technologies) builds global SaaS products made in India. Their flagship product helps businesses connect offline print media to online content using QR codes and is used in 114+ countries.
Content plays a major role in Scanova’s growth, with over 100,000 monthly blog views, and the goal is to scale this to millions.
Role Overview
As a Content Writer (Technology), you will create high-quality, SEO-friendly content to increase brand visibility, traffic, and engagement. You will work closely with the team to promote Scanova through blogs, social media, and other content channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Research and brainstorm content ideas for the target audience
- Write long-form blog articles (300–1500 words) following SEO best practices
- Write Quora answers related to the business
- Create social media posts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google
- Conduct primary & secondary research for better content quality
- Create visuals using tools like Canva
- Assist with website content, email newsletters, and PR (if required)
Content Management
- Manage content using WordPress CMS
- Track performance using Google Analytics
Content Distribution
- Schedule posts using tools like Buffer
- Follow latest WordPress SEO practices to improve rankings
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 2+ years experience in content writing (online or print)
- Strong understanding of SEO content best practices
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS
- Familiarity with image tools like Canva / Photoshop
- Interest in technology & startups
- Active on social media platforms (beyond Facebook/WhatsApp)
