Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Lead to design and execute strategies that fuel our growth engine. This role will be instrumental in acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and building scalable programs that deliver measurable business outcomes in the digital payments space.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- New Logo Acquisition: Plan and execute demand generation campaigns targeting new logos in payments, banking, and fintech.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and run ABM programs for strategic accounts (Top 5), driving personalized engagement and pipeline growth.
- List Building: Build and manage high-quality prospect databases, including decision-makers and influencers across target industries.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness lead gen nurturing conversion). Align campaigns with ICP, buyer journey stages, and optimal channel mix (paid, organic, email, events, etc.).
- Channel Expertise & Experimentation: Manage multi-channel programs including paid social, search, ABM, email, webinars. Experiment with formats, A/B test messaging, and scale successful tactics.

- Performance Tracking & KPI-Based Marketing: Own demand funnel metrics and optimize for MQL SQL conversion, CAC, ROI, and pipeline influence. Use dashboards and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 for data-driven decision-making.
