Job Description

We are hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to support and manage mission-critical cloud infrastructure in a 24×7 environment. You will be part of the Cloud Operations Centre (COC) team, ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA compliance for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • 24×7 cloud monitoring, support, and incident resolution
  • Ensure SLA adherence with timely responses
  • Handle deployments, upgrades, and documentation
  • Act as Technical Account Manager for key clients
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize systems
  • Deliver internal training and collaborate with teams

Required Skills

  • 3+ years in cloud operations / technical support
  • Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
  • Experience with virtualization (KVM, ESXi, XenServer)
  • Knowledge of CloudStack / OpenStack
  • Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana)
  • Good understanding of networking & storage (NFS, CIFS, S3)
