Job Description
We are hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to support and manage mission-critical cloud infrastructure in a 24×7 environment. You will be part of the Cloud Operations Centre (COC) team, ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA compliance for global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- 24×7 cloud monitoring, support, and incident resolution
- Ensure SLA adherence with timely responses
- Handle deployments, upgrades, and documentation
- Act as Technical Account Manager for key clients
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize systems
- Deliver internal training and collaborate with teams
Required Skills
- 3+ years in cloud operations / technical support
- Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Experience with virtualization (KVM, ESXi, XenServer)
- Knowledge of CloudStack / OpenStack
- Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana)
- Good understanding of networking & storage (NFS, CIFS, S3)
