Role Overview

The Campaign Management Associate will manage end-to-end multichannel marketing campaigns for the Pharma industry, ensuring timely, error-free execution. This role involves close coordination with project managers, brand teams, and internal stakeholders while maintaining quality, compliance, and documentation standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multichannel campaign requests received via email, phone, or online channels
  • Execute end-to-end campaign operations including:
    • Email deployments
    • Distribution list generation
    • Workflow creation
    • Test data setup and end-to-end testing
  • Coordinate calls and updates with Project Managers / Brand Teams
  • Track campaign progress, issues, and approvals using tracking tools
  • Ensure quality standards, compliance, and documentation are met
  • Create and manage digital marketing ads and promotions
  • Plan, execute, track, and analyze direct marketing campaigns
  • Document outcomes and evaluate campaign performance post-launch

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Email / Campaign Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Email Marketing
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in project and client (brand team) management
  • Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle & best practices
  • Basic understanding of database concepts for campaign execution

Technical & Platform Skills

Mandatory (any one):

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Marketo
  • Eloqua
  • Responsys
  • Dream (or similar email delivery tools)

Desirable:

  • SQL & JavaScript (basic)
  • HTML & CSS
  • Marketing automation concepts
