We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Technology Solutions Associate to join our team at ZS Associates {India} Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the KPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business technology solutions.
• Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions using various technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for business technology projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new business technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business technology implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
• Proficiency in various technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in a KPO or similar industry is preferred.
