Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Backend Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives across industries such as banking, manufacturing, and retail, building scalable backend systems using modern Java technologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to modernize enterprise applications, leverage cloud-based solutions, and support data-driven business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement robust backend services using Java.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness of backend applications.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and implement effective fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality, structure, and automation.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Java Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, including modern versions and core concepts.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Exposure to cloud solutions, data analytics, or enterprise application management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in domains such as banking, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Familiarity with backend automation, application performance tuning, and scalable system design.
  • Understanding of business systems and enterprise-level application architecture.

Education

  • UG: B.Tech / B.E. (Any Specialization)
  • PG: Any Postgraduate (Optional)
