🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and convert them into solid technical solutions
  • Design and develop high-performance backend systems including APIs, server-side logic & databases
  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following coding best practices
  • Work closely with frontend developers, designers & stakeholders for seamless integrations
  • Implement strong data security and protection protocols
  • Test, troubleshoot, and debug backend applications to ensure smooth functionality
  • Monitor application performance and optimize to meet SLAs
  • Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement

🎯 Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Java / Spring / Spring Boot
  • Backend development experience using:
    SQL · MySQL · MongoDB · Microservices · REST APIs · JSON · Git · Node.js
  • Good understanding of data structures & server architecture
  • Experience with debugging & performance tuning
  • Familiarity with frontend tech is an added advantage:
    HTML · CSS · JavaScript · React.js · jQuery

🧠 Bonus Skills: Python, Hibernate, DBMS knowledge

🎓 Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Any Postgraduate
