Job Description
- Responsible for implementing and managing customer experience (CX) technologies across multiple business applications and platforms.
- Work across the entire SDLC including planning, design, development, deployment, and testing.
- Support CX implementations on:
- Web Applications
- Mobile Apps (Hybrid & React Native)
- Kiosks
- Agent Devices
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enhance customer experience and analytics tools.
- Manage and maintain tools such as:
- Quantum Metric
- mParticle
- Adobe Experience Platform
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Adobe Launch
- Amplitude Analytics
- Ensure implementations follow best coding practices, with emphasis on performance optimization and clean architecture.
- Analyze existing setups and recommend continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and coordinate resolutions with:
- Operations teams
- Functional teams
- Technical teams
- Collaborate with global software development teams and external service providers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior associates.
- Independently handle simple to medium complexity projects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics implementation.
- Strong experience with:
- JavaScript
- AngularJS
- HTML & CSS
- REST APIs
- Proven experience developing and implementing web-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of:
- Software architecture design principles
- Logical and physical database architectures
- Operating systems
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication skills for working with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics certification (Business Practitioner, Developer, or Architect).
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior developers.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale customer experience platforms.
Education
- UG: Any Graduate (Computer Science / Engineering preferred)
- PG: Any Postgraduate (Preferred)
