Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused BTL Marketing Executive to drive on-ground brand activations and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, executing field campaigns, and building strong brand presence in high-footfall locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute BTL marketing campaigns and on-ground activations at events, stations, corporate hubs, and other high-visibility locations.
  • Actively engage commuters and the public, educating them about Cityflo’s services, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Distribute marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Drive app downloads, customer sign-ups, and memberships during field activations.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to improve services and overall customer experience.
  • Support local partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility in key micro-markets.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Track and report campaign performance, including customer engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Represent Cityflo with a positive, energetic, and professional brand presence, aligned with company values of comfort, reliability, and sustainability.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus)
  • Prior experience in BTL marketing, field promotions, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in public environments
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or peak hours when required
  • Basic computer skills for data tracking and reporting
  • Customer-first mindset with strong brand representation skills
