Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Tech Support Practitioner (IBM DB2) who will serve as the key connection between clients and internal systems. You will ensure smooth application operations, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high service quality while collaborating with multiple teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team
- Collaborate and guide team members to deliver accurate solutions
- Responsible for technical decisions within the team
- Engage with cross-functional teams on major implementations
- Provide solutions to critical system/application issues
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build internal capabilities
- Monitor and measure team performance to meet project goals
- Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction
Must-Have Skills
✔ Proficiency in IBM DB2 Database Administration
✔ Strong knowledge of database management principles
✔ Experience in performance tuning & database optimization
✔ Expertise in backup & recovery procedures
✔ Ability to troubleshoot & resolve database issues quickly
