Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application operations, proactively monitor performance, and continuously improve application support processes to enhance overall user experience.

  • Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for application support activities
  • Collaborate with teams and manage support tasks effectively
  • Take ownership of team-level technical decisions
  • Work with multiple teams and contribute to key problem-solving decisions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues
  • Provide solutions for issues impacting immediate and extended teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to improve team capability
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify improvements
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of business-critical applications
  • Focus on improving user experience and system stability

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Angular
  • Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to large-scale business-critical systems
  • Experience working in IT services or consulting environments
