Job Description

YTG develops advanced electron microscope systems used in semiconductor and display manufacturing.
The team works globally with offices in Germany, Taiwan, and India, serving customers worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Understand market and customer needs and convert them into product requirements
  • Work with system, software, and algorithm teams to find the best technical solutions
  • Analyze tool performance and improve system efficiency
  • Support customers by handling issues, demos, and feature adoption
  • Help optimize tools for specific semiconductor applications

Who Can Apply

  • Master’s / Dual Degree / PhD candidates
  • 2–4 years experience
  • Background in:
    • Materials Engineering
    • Microelectronics
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Engineering Physics
    • Mechatronics

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes (deposition, etching, etc.)
  • Willing to travel 70% of the time (international fabs & HQ visits)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Good documentation and presentation skills

Good to Have

  • Experience working in a semiconductor fab
  • Knowledge of metrology in IC manufacturing
  • Python programming experience
  • Knowledge of ML/DL is a plus
