Job Description

We are looking for an API Implementation Engineer to manage end-to-end customer API integrations. This role involves onboarding customers, providing hands-on technical support, coordinating integration timelines, and ensuring a smooth go-live and post-go-live experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with API configuration, authentication, and integration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API issues until successful go-live
  • Coordinate with customers to track integration progress and ensure timely completion
  • Lead integration discussions and explain API best practices
  • Provide 30-day post-go-live support and ensure active transaction flow
  • Analyze integration challenges, turnaround time delays, and recommend process improvements
  • Generate, manage, and secure API credentials

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and API Keys
  • Hands-on experience with Postman
  • Familiarity with Swagger / OpenAPI
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python or Node.js preferred)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience in SaaS or BFSI domain is an added advantage

Education

  • B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
