Job Description

We are looking for experienced AI/Python Engineers to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI models including Computer Vision, LLMs, and RAG-based solutions
  • Build backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask
  • Work with both relational and vector databases: PostgreSQL, pgvector, Weaviate, Qdrant
  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve AI systems
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in the team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI engineering and solution delivery
  • Strong Python programming skills with hands-on development expertise
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in applied AI implementation
  • Experience working on enterprise-grade AI solutions
