AI/ML Developer

Job Description

We are seeking experienced AI/ML Developers to support ongoing and upcoming projects in a fully remote environment. The role focuses on building, training, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models while collaborating closely with data and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor performance
• Work with APIs and integrate ML solutions into existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Continuously improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Maintain clear documentation for models, pipelines, and workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Proficiency in ML libraries and frameworks:
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms
• Experience with:
  • Data handling and preprocessing
  • Model deployment and monitoring
  • API integration
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Education

• UG: Any Graduate
