Your Impact:

As an Account Development Executive (Inbound), you will engage with leads generated through various marketing channels and play a key role in qualifying, nurturing, and converting them into sales opportunities. Youll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead management processes and ensure a world-class prospect experience. This role is central to building and strengthening the India Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

What the role offers: Qualify and manage inbound leads across assigned global regions.Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent follow-up.Maintain accurate records and ensure high CRM hygiene.Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead conversion rate, speed-to-call, and lead nurturing effectiveness.Support inbound chat and prospect engagement during your regional shift hours.

  • Proven proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Salesloft (or similar platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
